Opportunity Sourcing
Identifying potential land development opportunities through our extensive network of home builders, brokers and industry partners.
Pre-LOI Process
Underwriting and market review completed in 5-7 days upon receipt of an opportunity.
Investment Committee
Investment Committee consists of principals and key members of the acquisitions, construction and asset management teams
PSA Negotiation
The negotiating phase of the purchase and sale agreement for the acquisition of the land (1-2 weeks).
PSA to Close
90-120 days focused on due diligence, construction planning, finalizing home builder agreements, and debt/equity closing requirements
Lot Development
Lot construction and sale phase, managed by our construction and asset management teams.
